INGREDIENTS

1 whole fresh snapper

5 gloves garlic

2 tomato’s

12 small potatoes

1 whole fennel & leaves

1 red onion
-
2 shallots

salt and pepper

Olive oil to drizzle fish and vegetables

Oven at 180 c 45-55 mins
METHOD

In an oven tray, add all ingredients chopped as seen in picture. Add salt pepper and olive oil to taste and allow to cook for 40-55 mins at 180
Serves 4
Serve baked fish with french peas.
