FISHY MONDAY

INGREDIENTS 

​

  • 1 whole fresh snapper 

  • 5 gloves garlic  

  • 2 tomato’s  

  • 12 small potatoes  

  • 1 whole fennel & leaves

  • 1 red onion

  • 2 shallots  

  • salt and pepper  

  • Olive oil to drizzle fish and vegetables  

  • Oven at 180 c 45-55 mins

METHOD

  • In an oven tray, add all ingredients chopped as seen in picture. Add salt pepper and olive oil to taste and allow to cook for 40-55 mins at 180

 

Serves 4

Serve baked fish with french peas.
