WINTER BEEF SOUP
This winter season I'm really enjoying making hearty soups, I love having soups for lunch or dinner. They can be light or heavy and always fill you up. I find them easy and quick to make when I'm having a busy day. Boil the water, chop the ingredients up and let it cook.
INGREDIENTS

6 Osso Bocco

1 Carrot
-
1 Sweet Potato

1 Onion
-
1 Can peeled Tom
-
1 Cup of Barley

1/4 Cabbage

2 Small Potato
-
2 Green Bell Peppers
-
2 Tomatoes
-
4 Cloves Garlic
-
5 Sticks Celery
-
Hand full of Bay Leaves
METHOD

Boil large oil of water with Osso Bocco
-
Once boiled add all chopped ingredients to boiling water, seasoning with Salt and Pepper.

On a medium temperature allow to cook for 45 minutes

Serve with bread or you can try adding some Veal meatballs. (Simply mix 3 eggs, Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese and finally chopping Parsley. Roll in to small balls with Veal Mince and pan fry and add to soup.)
